Contact Us
This page is the fastest way to reach us with a question about the castle. We cover entry for the Main Tower and the Toyotomi Stone Wall Museum, the guided walking option, and how advance booking actually works. If something on a listing is unclear, write to us and we will answer as plainly as we can.
Most questions fit into a few familiar buckets:
- Entry ticket questions. The entry ticket covers one-time admission to both the Main Tower and the Toyotomi Stone Wall Museum, from $7.69 per person with consumption tax included. Food, drinks and personal expenses are separate. Ask us what the ticket does and does not include.
- Guided tour questions. The walking tour, run by DeepExperience, Inc., runs 1.5 to 3 hours and starts from $28.85 with free cancellation. Tower admission is not in the base price and is handled separately if you pick that option.
- Crowding questions. The museum itself warns that the ticket-purchase queue can be capped before 17:30 depending on conditions, and that the higher floors get very tight. There is no official real-time crowd forecast, so we can only point to what the museum publishes.
- Booking questions. The museum takes no advance entry reservations by phone; even the pre-visit call groups are asked to make is explicitly not a reservation. Online tickets do exist through the museum's own reservation partner, and we can explain how the two systems differ.
- Still deciding between the two tours? The FAQ compares them side by side.

Our Replies
Questions about tickets, tower hours or which station gets you closest to the gate all get read here. We can explain what the entry ticket from $7.69 covers, since it includes both the Main Tower and the Toyotomi Stone Wall Museum in one admission, and where the guided walking option differs, since its $28.85 base price leaves tower entry separate. We cannot book, hold or refund anything on your behalf: purchases happen on the live listing page for whichever option you pick. Replies usually go out within a couple of working days, though queries about Japanese public holidays can run a little slower.
What We Cannot Answer
We cannot book, cancel or change a reservation on your behalf. Bookings go through the live booking page for whichever tour you choose, and only there. If a card is declined, a date needs moving, or a confirmation email never arrives, the operator of that tour is the only party that can fix it. LINKTIVITY Inc. runs the entry ticket, and DeepExperience, Inc. runs the guided walk. What we can do is tell you who to contact and what to ask for.
We also cannot tell you how busy the castle will be on a given afternoon. The museum has no real-time congestion page and no crowd forecast, only its standing warnings: the purchase queue may be capped before 17:30 when conditions demand it, and the viewing floors narrow and crowd as you climb. Anyone promising you a quiet hour at the top is guessing. What we can do is explain those warnings so you can plan around them, and talk through off-peak timing in general terms without promising an empty tower.
We do not work for the castle. This site is an affiliate comparison of the two bookable tours, which means we earn a fee when someone books through a link here. That fee does not change what you pay, and it does not let us alter a listing, a price or a cancellation term. Our interest is in the comparison being accurate, because a reader who books the wrong ticket does not come back.
